Upon arrival at the Cherryland Humane Society, all pets are evaluated by our staff. All dogs and puppies receive an evaluation status, which is listed on each cage. We ask that you complete the following form prior to adoption to ensure that the proper pet is placed into your household. Please complete and print the form and bring it with you to the shelter. If you wish to let us know about your particular interest, please use this form to notify us.
